I haven’t gotten my nails done in a little over a year and, since having my baby two months ago, my self esteem has been low and I haven’t really felt “pretty”. I came here and was impressed with how open and clean it felt. I had to wait a little bit, but I was in no rush. Hannah did my nails and made sure that I liked the length and color. Other times at different places, I have gotten injured with the nail file or the person is rough, but Hannah handled everything just right. I’m very shy with starting conversation and Hannah didn’t force me to make conversation like other technicians have at other places, so I consider that a plus (at least until I get more comfortable). I already felt better about myself when she filed the tips into the almond shape and even more with the finished product. I’m definitely coming back here and asking for Hannah. She made my morning.

I was in desperate need of a nice gel pedicure and decided to stop in to pamper myself today. The spa was clean and well-decorated and the spa were all very friendly! I can honestly say that this was the BEST pedicure that I have ever had. I've had quite a few pedicures in my time and was truly impressed by the quality of the service! This is a great nail salon. I have come here a few times to get a pedicure and I am always very happy with the results. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They always greet me with a smile! They also have a lot of different nail polish colors to choose from and a lot of gel colors as well. A pedicure treatment usually takes around 30-40 minutes and they take their time to make sure your feel and nails look good which I appreciate. I have always stopped in during what I imagine to be less busy times and have had a great experience. It was my first time at L'Etoile. I've always been doing shellac mani and wanted to check out how different it is in compare to cal gel. The staff were very welcoming, and make sure you are all comfortable for the appointment. My technician was very professional and gave recommendations on the colour which suits me best. I would suggest to also offer some hand massages as well after the gel nails are done. However, I have no complains on how well it turned out. The colour suits my skin tone perfectly and I very much enjoy the experience. I would definitely recommend as it is value worth. I believe this will last me 1.5 months till my next appointment which I look forward to!

They did exceptional work. I do not remember the names of the people we had but a gentleman did mine and a lady did my daughters. My daughter is 3 and she got to sit in a child’s pedicure spa seat and the lady was so nice and patient with her. My daughter wiped her nail polish on her face on accident and she cleaned her up and fixed her nails AND added flowers on her nails for her.
